Production capacity

Thanks to the expertise of our personnel, our injection molding unit equipped with three presses, and our ISO 7 cleanroom with laminar airflow, we are able to produce a wide range of components for the manufacturing of medical devices. We work with various plastic materials to manufacture small, medium, and large-sized parts, tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

The operations carried out in our injection molding unit are followed by assembly, inspection, and packaging (ultrasonic welding, blister packaging, and sachet packaging), which are performed exclusively in our cleanroom, ensuring a controlled environment that meets the highest standards.

Each product undergoes rigorous quality control throughout the manufacturing process to guarantee optimal quality and full compliance with regulatory requirements. ISOMED also handles product sterilization in accordance with applicable standards.
